Rare Bottle Series - This treasure from the Speyside Distillery was from a single barrel which was transferred and split into 2x Sherry Octaves on July 13, 2018. Situated on the River Tromie, with its water source streaming between the distillery buildings, this distillery is rapidly making a name for itself. The malting is lightly peated and uses the ‘Chariot’ barley variety from a local source. Non-chill filtered, no color added, bottled at cask strength, it may contain small traces of cask sediment. Limited to 161 bottles worldwide with only 30 bottles to the USA. This is truly a collectors bottling.
