Rare Bottle Series - Benrinnes Distillery is located on the lower slopes of Speyside’s sentinel mountain. It is best described as having weight and meatiness. The distillery mainly produces spirit for other whisky brands thus it is rare to find a bottle from the distillery with the Benrinnes name on it, as it is mostly offered as independent bottlings. Filled into a Hogshead on 11/04/2008 it was transferred into a Second fill Bourbon Barrel on Oct 17, 2018. Non-chill filtered, no color added, bottled at cask strength, it may contain small traces of cask sediment. Limited to 251 bottles worldwide with only 18 bottles in the USA.
