A dry handcrafted gin using the freshest botanicals from the pristine Nilgiris (Blue) mountains in the western ghats of India at 7000 ft above sea level. The maceration and distillation is skillfully performed in copper pot stills with juniper berries, coriander, lemongrass, angelica, orris root, cinnamon, mace, nutmeg and tea. A refreshing herbal forward gin.

Mahón Gin scored a PERFECT 100 POINTS from the 2022 Pr%f Awards sponsored by Food + Beverage Magazine. A London Dry style gin imported from Spain with a unique silky finish that mixes well in cocktails since the smoothness of the gin allows the cocktail to shine.
The distillate used is GRAPE not grain, which makes this gin truly gluten-free, from start to finish. From Penedes, using Xarel-lo and Parellada grapes the same as Cava. The Juniper berries are sea-salt air aged for up to 4 years in open crates at the distillery, thus concentrating the flavors and delivering a smooth gin, without bitterness. Each batch is crafted exclusively for the USA. Two of the wood-fired Alembic stills are 70+ years old, another is 125+ years old and the last one is 270 years old. The 270 year old still is 700 liters.

Limited Edition Nilgiris Gin is aged in a combination of Peated and Unpeated Amrut casks for a short period, enough to accentuate the intrinsic flavors of the original Nilgiris Gin and also deliver a dynamic influence of the casks.
This limited-edition gin was handcrafted using imported and locally sourced botanicals. The finished spirit was then matured in ex-bourbon casks with the final maturation in a combination of peated and unpeated Amrut casks for a few months, the same casks that produce Amrut's award-winning whiskies. Next, the gin from all the casks was blended so the flavors of the original gin and that derived from the oak could combine for a rich, uniform profile. The gin has been married for almost as many months as it was matured, to create a depth of flavor that would make the gin versatile. This is a gin for mixologists, aficionados and amateurs alike.
